Publication Details:
Parishioners are invited to submit items to be shared with the congregation. We hope you'll find the following directions and information helpful.

If you need to get an announcement to the congregation, you are encouraged to place an announcement in one or both of our weekly publications - THREADS or announcements for the Sunday bulletin 
  1. Items requested for  Wednesday's THREADS must be received by Tuesday  
       afternoon the previous day.  
   2. Items to appear in Sunday's announcement must be received by the prior
       Wednesday morning @ 10:00 a.m. 
   3. HOW can you submit a news item??  Three ways!   Please pick what's
       most convenient. 
        a --Send the Parish Administrator an email, with the announcement worded
              as you would like it to appear in the bulletin. 
        b --Complete the form provided to the right. Be sure to click SUBMIT after 
             letting us know what you'd like publicized.
        c --Bring a paper copy to the church office with the news item as you would
             like it to appear in the publication.

Just so you know...  due to our efforts to 
s-t-r-e-t-c-h resources, we're publishing only 4 issues of The Cloak this year. Issues and corresponding deadlines for article or announcement submission are as follow:
